END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the LaxID mobile application for iOS and Android.

License Grant

Cure Consulting Group Inc. ("LaxID") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the LaxID mobile application on devices you own or control.
This license is for personal, non-commercial use related to lacrosse tournament participation, management, or scouting.
The app is available on Apple iOS and Google Android platforms. Your use is also subject to Apple App Store Terms of Service and Google Play Terms of Service, as applicable.
This license does not grant you any rights to LaxID's source code, algorithms, or proprietary systems.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works of the LaxID application.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application, except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
You may not use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the application.
You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the application.
You may not use the application to develop a competing product or service.
You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access the application through your account.

The LaxID application, including all code, designs, algorithms (OVR scoring engine, Q-Score engine, ranking algorithms), trademarks, and content, is the exclusive property of Cure Consulting Group Inc.
Player-submitted content (photos, bios) remains the property of the submitting user. By uploading, you grant LaxID a license to display it within the platform.
OVR ratings, Q-Scores, and derived statistical metrics are computed by LaxID's proprietary algorithms and are LaxID intellectual property.
The "LaxID" and "LAXXID" names and logos are trademarks of Cure Consulting Group Inc.

Your use of the application is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
The application collects performance data (game statistics, scores) during sanctioned tournament events. This data contributes to verified player profiles.
For users under 13, we comply with COPPA requirements including verifiable parental consent before data collection.
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time through the application settings or by contacting support@laxid.app.

LaxID may release updates to the application at any time. Some updates may be required for continued use. Updates may add, modify, or remove features.
LaxID may terminate this license at any time if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the application.
You may terminate this license at any time by deleting the application from your devices. Account data will be retained per our Privacy Policy unless you request deletion.
LaxID reserves the right to discontinue the application or any feature with reasonable notice to users.
